Job Title: Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer)
Location: Novato, California
Type: Part-Time, flexible scheduling, preferably 2-3 classes per week
Compensation: $40–$60 per one-hour class, depending on experience, certifications, and class type. Competitive pay with potential for growth and private session opportunities.
Position Overview
We are a high-end fitness club seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will lead engaging group mat and reformer classes, inspire clients of all levels, and contribute to a positive, supportive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach high-quality group mat Pilates and reformer classes at various levels.
- Provide clear, safe, and motivating cueing with attention to proper form and modifications.
- Build strong client relationships and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Maintain studio equipment and uphold cleanliness/safety standards.
- Participate in continuing education and studio events as needed.
Requirements
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- 1 years of teaching experience, preferred
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Passion for fitness and wellness with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and punctual with a positive, client-centered attitude.
