We are growing rapidly and seeking a high-performing Patient Care Coordinator to play a key role in both client experience and revenue growth.

- Discussing pricing and recommending treatments
- Driving bookings, memberships, and package sales
- Delivering a high-touch, luxury patient experience

Position Overview
The Patient Care Coordinator manages the full patient journey from initial inquiry through follow-up care. This role combines front desk operations, patient coordination, and sales performance.
You will serve as both the first impression of the practice and a key contributor to clinic growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver a seamless, elevated check-in and check-out experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury-focused environment
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage appointment scheduling using Boulevard or similar systems
- Optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and maintain waitlists
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Educate patients on treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare
- Recommend services based on patient goals and provider guidance
- Convert consultations into booked treatments and long-term patients
- Promote retail skincare and treatment packages
Communication & Patient Retention
- Respond to calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Execute follow-ups that increase retention and rebooking
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions
- Support team communication and daily clinic flow
Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay
- $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
Commission & Bonuses
- 5% commission on skincare retail sales
- 2–4% commission on packages
- $25–$50 per membership enrollment
Performance Bonuses
- Daily performance bonuses ($50–$150 based on clinic revenue)
- Monthly bonus opportunities based on clinic and individual performance
Earning Potential
- Base: $45K–$54K
- Commission bonuses: $15K–$30K
- Total earning potential: $60K–$80K

QualificationsRequired
- 2 years experience in medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or comfort recommending high-value services
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with Boulevard, Zenoti, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare
- Background in luxury retail or high-end client service
