Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring a full-time, Model Success Manager to support our creators as their main point of contact. (located in south florida)
You love helping others win, thrive under structure, and have strong people skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to contact for each model you manage (2–10 models)
- Send out strategic weekly plans covering content, sales, and engagement focus
- Hold weekly check-ins to review performance, KPIs, and creative direction
- Help models stay motivated and on-track, emotionally and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams and relay key updates
- Monitor metrics and maintain documentation of each model’s growth and areas of concern
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and manage expectations
- Onboard new models and integrate them into our systems
Experience
- 1 year in account management, coaching, client success, or creator support
- Background in social media, , or creator platforms preferred
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working night shifts and managing remote communication
- Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or other crms
