We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accounting Service and Support Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting support across multiple functions, manage customer accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties
- Provide timely & professional support to customers using the software.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in clients’ records.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping services for clients, including data entry, reconciling and financial reporting.
- Help create or update user guides, videos, and training material.
- Collaborate with the development team by reporting bugs, offering feedback, and assisting with feature testing.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
- Ability to translate technical accounting concepts into clear, friendly, client-centered language.
- Strong customer service, with professionalism and patience.
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
