What You Will Do
You will lead on clinical supplies and logistics tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of clinical supplies for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess supply needs, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with study timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring supply levels, managing reorders, and maintaining accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or delays.
- Interacting with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of clinical supplies while managing relationships effectively.
- Providing support and training to team members on clinical supplies processes and compliance best practices.
You will have a strong foundation in clinical supplies and logistics, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in clinical supplies management or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
