Position Summary
The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across all locations, departments, and service lines.

The VP of Operations will partner closely with the CEO and COO to drive company performance while ensuring consistent execution, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee development throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day operational activities across multiple locations.
- Ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and performance standards.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Team Development
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operational leaders and department managers.
- Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Build leadership bench strength to support future growth and expansion.
Strategic Execution
- Partner with executive leadership to execute company growth initiatives.
- Support new branch launches, market expansion, and operational integration efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Drive organizational alignment and communication across all departments.
Customer & Financial Performance
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the restoration process.
- Review operational and financial performance metrics regularly.
- Develop action plans to improve operational results and achieve company goals.
- Maintain focus on safety, compliance, quality, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Experience leading multi-location service, restoration, construction, or home service organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Proven ability to implement scalable systems and process improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing through growth, change, and organizational expansion.
Preferred Experience
- Restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold, reconstruction) preferred.
- Experience with branch expansion and multi-location operations.
- Knowledge of Xactimate, restoration workflows, insurance programs, and reconstruction operations is a plus.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
