- Supervising and managing the inventory team, ensuring efficient tracking, storage, and distribution of clinical trial supplies and materials in accordance with study protocols.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless inventory management and timely delivery of supplies.
- Implementing and monitoring inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout the inventory management process.
- Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in inventory practices.
You will have solid clinical research experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related roles within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
