We are currently seeking a Scientist I (Lab Analyst I) for our ligand binding assay group (LBA). As a Scientist I (Lab Analyst I) you will support the validation and use of analytical methods through sample processing and analyzation, calibration, data reporting, and quality control testing.

We are currently seeking a Scientist I (Lab Analyst I) for our ligand binding assay group (LBA). As a Scientist I (Lab Analyst I) you will support the validation and use of analytical methods through sample processing and analyzation, calibration, data reporting, and quality control testing.
What You Will Do
You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing routine laboratory tests in support of LBA method validation studies on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners.
- Learning and utilizing various sample preparation techniques for performing ligand-binding assays like ELISA, PK, ADA, and biomarker assays
- Learning operation, analysis, and maintenance of LBA instrumentation and systems.
- Assisting in data analysis and troubleshooting experiments with your team.
- Keeping the lab organized, instruments calibrated, and quality standards top of mind.
- Recording and documenting test results accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards like GLP.
You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 1 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in clinical research or a related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team objectives and deadlines.
