We are currently seeking a Director, Study Start Up to join our diverse and dynamic team. What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and managing the Study Start Up team to ensure efficient and timely initiation of clinical trials.
- Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing study start-up timelines and processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the study start-up phase.
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and approvals.
- Providing expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices related to study start-up activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in clinical research, with a focus on study start-up activities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
