Assignment Details
- Location: Salem, Oregon
- Start Date: ASAP, April 2026
- LOA (# of days worked): Ongoing as needed
- Work Schedule: 7 am - 7 pm, no call
- Call Schedule: No Call
- Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient Rehab, must have inpatient experience
- Patient Volume: 24 Beds -17 PTs Per Day
What You’ll Do
- Staffing Mix: Support Staff and MD
Requirements
- Background Experience: 1-2 years’ experience, must have seen 100 patients in the last 24 months
- Certifications required: Yes, BC or BE
- OR licensed preferred
- Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 30-60 Days
