Responsibilities:
Hours: This is a 40-hour, full-time role that will progress into on-call shifts when scheduled (generally one evening per week, and one weekend every month)
Concentrate and attend to detail under pressure from volume and time constraints to effectively meet production expectations, including the ability to multi-task
Deliver attention to detail on every task - large or small
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of daily work, communicate clearly and concisely
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and customer accounting transactions
Perform research on various computer systems and document customer information regarding status, notes of the conversation, and other relevant information
