This role oversees all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services, ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. - Proven hotel or hospitality management experience with responsibility for daily operations, staffing, and guest services.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including team building, performance coaching, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
- Financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and corporate leadership.
- Ability to maintain brand standards, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and implement company policies and procedures.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and guest concerns professionally.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience with sales and local marketing initiatives to grow occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue is preferred.
- Prior Marriott or SpringHill Suites brand experience is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
