Title: Manager, Inventory Partnerships
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and technically-minded Manager, Inventory Partnerships to help scale our proprietary supply business. This isn't just about managing seats; it’s about assisting in the build of a robust "pipe system" that connects our clients to a vast ecosystem of publishers and networks and driving this business forward.
The ideal candidate will provide support across technical expertise (deal ID troubleshooting), rate negotiation, relationship building and supply-side strategy. Crucially, you will adapt these technical solutions to support our principal-based buying model and complex trade deals, ensuring every connection drives maximum scale and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Architecture: Assist in the design and oversee the integration of direct publisher connections, SSPs, and supply networks into a central system
Technical Connectivity: Act as the subject matter expert on OpenRTB protocols, header bidding, and API-based integrations to ensure seamless "pipe" connectivity between demand and supply
Commercial Synergy: Work closely with the Trading and Investment teams to translate trade deals into technical supply configurations that deliver on scale and profit KPIs; learn and master our unique business model to ensure supply integrations specifically support principal-based trading and arbitrage opportunities
Publisher Partnerships: Have an existing network of Yield decision/Programmatic Sales contacts at premium Streaming publishers as well as Display/OLV/Native/DOOH media owners to establish favorable financial positions
Reporting & Analytics: assist the Operations & Data & Analytics teams in ensuring all active deal IDs pull into our dashboard, troubleshoot and enhance connectivity as needed

Qualifications
5 years in programmatic advertising, specifically within a Supply-Side Platform (SSP), an agency trade desk, or an inventory-focused Product role.
Technical Fluency: A firm understanding of ad operations and ad-tech as it exists today and where it is going in the future, is a must. Ability to navigate and streamline issues with deal ID not spending.
Negotiation& Networking Skills: Experience navigating the commercial terms of trade deals and volume-based discounts; ability to reach key stakeholders across top publishers/networks for desired terms/outcomes.
