You lead all visibility, branding, advertising, messaging, and multi-platform marketing campaigns. You ensure ICON becomes a household name in Florida and then nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Develop ICON-wide marketing plan (30-60-90-180 days)
- Lead social campaigns, branding, funnel strategy
- Oversee content team execution
- Manage ad spend (future phase)
- Create campaigns for talent, acquisition, events, and hype
- Oversee email marketing, press materials, and website messaging
- Ensure all visuals messaging are cohesive
Qualifications
- 3 years marketing leadership
- Strong understanding of branding content strategy
- Experience with entertainment, sports, or creator marketing

- Weekly strategy session in-office
