- Oversee all coaches (acting, modeling, performance, media)
- Build development curriculum milestones
- Evaluate progress of talent
- Prepare talent for bookings
- Work with Creative Director on branding
Qualifications
- 5 years in coaching, talent, development, or agency leadership
- Strong organizational skills
