About the Role
You will build and lead ICON's Modeling Division (AURA). You oversee scouting, signing, development, training, and bookings for fashion, commercial, runway, beauty, editorial, and digital models.
What You'll Do
- Build AURA Modeling Division from scratch
- Evaluate incoming submissions
- Scout new talent online in-person
- Coordinate photoshoots, comp cards, runway training
- Pitch models to agencies, brands, fashion shows
- Build relationships with fashion houses casting directors
- Wors with Creative Director on model brand image
- Manage model development pipeline
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in fashion/modeling industry
- Agency or modeling experience required
- Strong eye for talent
- Industry connections is a major plus
Hybrid Work
- 2-3 office days events/casting
Payroll & Protection Notes
- Payroll begins after 30 days
- Payroll paid monthly
- 90-day probation period standard
