About the Role
You oversee all acting on-camera talent including actors, actresses, on-camera presenters, digital creators, and host personalities.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate acting submissions reels
- Scout actors locally and nationally
- Work with acting coach on development
- Pitch talent to casting directors
- Build relationships with film schools, directors, production houses
- Build actor portfolios and IMDb profiles
- Submit talent to casting calls
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in casting, acting agencies, or film industry
- Understanding of self-tapes, sides, and auditions
- Strong network preferred

Payroll & Protection Notes
- Payroll begins after 30 days

- 90-day probation period standard
