Business Development & Sales Representative

Icon Foods USA LLC is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to help grow our business throughout Maryland and surrounding states.
If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
✔ Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and customer visits.
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
✔ Introduce and promote our premium Teff flour products.
✔ Travel throughout Maryland, Washington DC, New York, New Jersey, Springfield, Alexandria, and surrounding areas.
✔ Deliver small customer orders when required.
✔ Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer enquiries.
✔ Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Previous sales and business development experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
- Food industry or FMCG experience will be an advantage.
Position Details
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Position Type: Permanent
Work Environment: In-person
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility as business requires)
Start Date: As soon as possible
