What you will do…
- Prepare patients for medical eye exams by performing preliminary diagnostic testing
- Accurately document patient history and vision concerns using our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Complete prior authorizations for prescribed medications
- Deliver excellent patient care in line with our mission and values
- Work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teammates
- Ensure a positive and efficient patient experience from start to finish

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior ophthalmic technician or medical assisting experience is a plus (but not required — we will train!)
