What You’ll Do

• Load, transport, and set up AV gear and event décor
• Install pipe & drape, lighting, lounge furniture, scenic elements, and more
• Follow setup diagrams and timelines to deliver high-quality event installations
• Strike and load-out post-event with care and efficiency
• Maintain gear and ensure safe handling of all items
• Occasionally assist with warehouse prep and tech checks
• (Growth opportunity) Lead Technicians manage on-site crew and quality control

What We’re Looking For

• 2 year of AV or event production experience preferred
• 1 year of AV or event production experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable with ladders, tools, and physical labor
• Flexible schedule: availability on evenings, weekends, and some weekdays
• Valid driver’s license required (bonus if you’ve driven box trucks)
• Great attitude, team player, proactive mindset

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Rates:

No Experience: 18/hr
Some AV Stagehand Experience 20-25/hr
Lead/Steward Experience: 27-35/hr starting pay

• Multi-tool
• Small Cutters (for cutting fish line, zip ties etc.)
• Strong preference given to those who show up to calls with their own tools/Pelican case
