About This Role
Salary range: $140-170k
We are seeking an Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources, ensuring electrical construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to keep projects on track while maintaining high standards of quality and teamwork.
This role reports to the Director of Operations and will mentor Assistant Project Managers, Projects Admins, General Foreman, and Foreman.

What You'll Do
Pre-construction Planning:
- Review project documents, budgets, schedules, and resource needs.
- Assess labor, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Establish production targets and lead project planning, including routing, layouts, and team coordination.
- Oversee job handoff from estimating to setup.
- Monitor and control costs, labor budgets, and productivity.
- Manage change orders, purchase orders, and vendor/subcontractor invoicing.
- Support cost projections, billing, and budget alignment.
- Procure resources and ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate with clients and teams, maintaining logs and tracking progress.
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Conduct weekly reviews and ensure alignment of short-term plans.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, specs, submittals, and change orders.
What You'll Bring
- 8 years of project management experience in the electrical construction industry is required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required
- Prior field experience as an electrician or construction worker is preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage 5-10 construction projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams and written specifications
- OSHA 30 training is preferred, OSHA 500 is better
- Advanced knowledgeable of the National Electric Code requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel involved in a project
- Computer software proficiency including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- The working hours are 45 – 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Networking, business development, and customer service activities which support the sales process overall
- Positively contributing to safety processes and culture
- Other duties as assigned
- $140-170k base salary depending on experience
