Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage initial client engagement: receive design requirements, define scope and timeline, request control samples, and collaborate to establish project budget and objectives.​
  • Source appropriate vendors, materials, and quotations, ensuring cost competitiveness and quality standards.​
  • Prepare and review cost and pricing spreadsheets, coordinate pricing approvals, and manage all contract and invoicing documentation.​
  • Oversee change orders, ensuring modifications are properly documented to maintain revenue integrity.​
  • Facilitate design approval stages: coordinate shop drawings, prototype samples, iterations based on client feedback, and capture approvals and revisions.​
  • Supervise production & fabrication, including issuing purchase orders, tracking supplier timelines, and managing logistics for imports and deliveries.​
  • Direct pre-delivery and site preparations: inspect fixtures, manage installation vendor selection, and confirm all shipping, permit, and documentation needs.​
  • Lead delivery and installation: coordinate on-site supervision, documentation of installation progress, and management of punch lists and client sign-offs.​
  • Ensure quality control and handover: conduct walkthroughs, address customer feedback, and archive project documents and drawings for future reference.​
  • Provide ongoing maintenance support, manage post-installation documentation, and facilitate client satisfaction follow-ups.​
  • Lead Gross Margin Improvement Initiative for related projects to drive cost savings, price increases, and value engineering
  • Manage multi-store/multi-location project rollouts with locations spanning the globe.
  • Utilize data analysis skills for project tracking, earned value management, and reporting to stakeholders via presentations or dashboards.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance (or equivalent experience) required
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail; able to review, organize, and draw insights from high volumes of data and documentation.
  • Must be able to multi-task, able to take independent action, a problem solver, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to drive project decisions, optimize costs, and forecast resource needs for multifaceted installations
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets
