Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses using medical and dental terminology, ensuring accurate treatment planning.
- Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to deliver efficient and comfortable patient care experiences.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-procedure care through clear client communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and advancements in general dentistry practices.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice dentistry in the applicable state or region.
- Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic environment with proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control standards, and dental fabrication processes.
- Expertise in various dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, orthodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and implant placement.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidential medical records accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Pay: $160,032.90 - $200,372.95 per year
