Regional Manager – Dental

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Dental Manager to oversee and support multiple dental practices within the Kansas City, KS region. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, team development, and patient satisfaction across all locations.
Regional Manager Key Responsibilities
- P&L’s, financials, KPI's, and budget planning understanding
- Recognizing and addressing performance gaps
- Servant leadership qualities and ability to train
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure operational excellence
- Ability to partner with department leaders on growth initiatives and practice support
- Ability to lead projects and change management
- Proven track record of turning around underperforming practices
- Motivate and develop leaders
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Core, CareStack, Open Dental, TDO, Patterson Eaglesoft
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of multi-site dental management experience
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations, workflows, and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the Kansas City, KS and St. Louis, MO region
The Work Environment
- Hybrid: Requires onsite office visits in Kansas City, KS and St. Louis, MO Region
- Must have high-speed internet and a dedicated home office environment for days not working in an office setting.
- Our group is coast to coast so meetings and collaboration will occur across all time zones.
