Operating two City of Los Angeles BusinessSource Centers, the organization serves low- and moderate-income communities in the North and South San Fernando Valley. This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising inspections, coordinating logistics, and expediting tasks as needed. The Project Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of project goals.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure project timelines are met
- Ability to perform Inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources and schedules
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience in community development or nonprofit organizations is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
