The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Art Instructors who love teaching and care deeply about student success. In this role, you will guide young, motivated artists in small-group settings, helping them build strong portfolios and prepare for admission to top colleges and art schools.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging group lessons in a supportive and professional manner.
- Design and deliver effective instructional strategies tailored to student needs.
- Prepare course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and handouts.
- Mentor students in portfolio preparation for college admissions, developing both their technical and creative foundations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Fine Art, Illustration, or a related field.
- Language skills in Korean or Chinese are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Ability to inspire creativity and foster a positive learning environment.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided.
