ICON is hiring an Architect-In-Training to support project teams through all stages of design and documentation. This role is ideal for emerging professionals who are actively pursuing licensure and want hands-on experience in Revit modeling, construction document production, coordination with consultants, and exposure to the full project lifecycle. The AIT works closely with architects, engineers, technicians, and designers to develop high-quality, coordinated project deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
0–3 years of experience in an architectural office (internships included)
Strong Revit skills required; experience with SketchUp and/or Bluebeam is a plus
Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and code considerations
Ability to take direction, ask questions, and work collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and desire to learn how full drawing sets come together
