What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager position at iCompete Experience?
- Work 35-40hrs a week
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new bar staff employees
- Handle customer complaints
- Advertise the daily, weekly and monthly promotions of the bar
- Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
- Required to help Bartenders with drinks if needed
- Weekly inventory check on Mondays
- Weekly Orders on Wednesdays
- Required to work weekends
- Keep the Bar organized and cleaned
