Community Partnerships & Enrollment Manager

iCode Cupertino is an instructor-led STEM coding school for kids ages 6–14. We teach coding, robotics, game design, Minecraft, Roblox, 3D printing, and advanced tech programs in small, in-person classes.

We are starting this role part-time to ensure a strong mutual fit. As enrollment and partnerships grow, this position is expected to expand to full-time for the right person.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, representing a mission-driven organization, and helping families find the right educational programs for their kids.

• Build relationships with local schools, PTAs, and community organizations

• Pitch iCode programs for after-school enrichment, holiday camps, and school-day-off programs

• Attend community events and represent iCode professionally

• Follow up with warm parent leads and help families enroll in programs

• Track outreach and results in a simple system (no heavy CRM)

• PTA leaders or active school parents

• Former teachers, aides, or education staff

• Community outreach or youth program coordinators

• Anyone comfortable speaking with parents and school administrators

No aggressive sales tactics. This is a consultative, relationship-first role.

• Part-time role (20–25 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time based on performance and business needs.

• $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
