What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Assistant Director (Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Opportunity) position at iCode School - Cupertino?
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Director to join our team and grow into a key leadership role at our STEM education center.
This position begins part-time and transitions into a full-time role during the summer, with the opportunity to continue full-time into the fall based on performance and team fit.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students and families while developing leadership and operational skills.
You’ll work closely with our team to support daily operations, ensure a great experience for students, and gradually take on more responsibility over time.
Part-Time (Training Phase):
- Support trial classes and student onboarding
- Communicate with parents (in-person, phone, and email)
- Assist with scheduling, enrollments, and daily operations
- Help ensure classes run smoothly
Full-Time (Summer):
- Support daily camp operations and classroom experience
- Help manage instructors and scheduling
- Handle parent communication and questions
- Assist with scheduling and overall center operations which may include Operations/Marketing.
- Strong communication skills with both parents and students
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Someone to take ownership of the kids experience end to end.
- Experience working with kids
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Interest in STEM, coding, or technology is a huge plus
- Has a long term goal of taking full director responsibilities and full ownership of the school
- Has a passion for helping kids reach their potential
- Wants to be part of the Cupertino / Palo Alto Community.
- Has a passion for kids learning Coding
- $30-$35/hour (With growth based on performance)
