Job Summary
ICO Companies, the premier commercial and multi-family real estate and investment firm in Utah, is seeking a Full Time Community Leasing Specialist for ICO District, a beautiful apartment community in South Jordan, UT.
Qualified Leasing Specialists will preferably have at least one year of leasing or previous sales experience and will be supporting and assisting all aspects of the community operations, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Community Manager. Job Description:
- To provide assistance by performing general leasing duties.
- Handling resident phone calls.
- Touring and leasing apartment homes.
- Responsible for all aspects of resident satisfaction and contribution to property occupancy goals.
- Participating in leasing training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
- Deliver SUPERIOR customer service.

Job Type: Full time; Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm & Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Day off would be Wednesday or Friday.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
