ICM Logistics is hiring an experienced diesel mechanic to keep our fleet running.
We are a trucking company based in Vineland, NJ with 11 years in the industry. We need a skilled, dependable mechanic who knows heavy-duty equipment and takes diagnostics seriously.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform service and maintenance on tractors and trailers
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems
- Complete preventative maintenance (PM) inspections
- Handle air brakes, hydraulic brakes, tires, and wheels
- Complete state and federal vehicle inspections
- Perform on-site repairs as needed
- Document all work accurately
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of diesel mechanic or heavy-duty vehicle experience (required)
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on complex diesel engine systems
- Experience with PM inspections, brakes, tires, and drivetrain
- Attention to detail and strong documentation habits
- Dependable, organized, and a clear communicator
- Volvo experience is a plus
- CDL A license preferred but not required
