Sales & Rent Support Specialist

ICM Solutions, the leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and concrete paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a Sales & Rent Support Specialist to join our growing team in Murray, UT. 

This position is responsible for supporting revenue growth by creating, managing, and tracking sales and rental quotes, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing sales documentation. This role serves as the administrative backbone of the sales and rental process by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communications that help our sales representatives close business and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with Sales Representatives, Sales & Rental Coordinators, the Fleet Coordinator, and the Sales & Rental Operations Manager, this position helps streamline the sales cycle from opportunity identification through quote generation and customer follow-up across ICM's multi-state territory.

This is an on-site position - you must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Quote Management

• Create and maintain sales and rental quotations for equipment and related products
• Review costs, margins, and profitability to ensure proposals align with company objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Coordinators, and Fleet personnel to confirm equipment availability and delivery timelines.
• Manage quote revisions and updates throughout the sales process.
• Track quote status, expiration dates, and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain quote documentation within CRM and ERP systems.

Proposal & Presentation Development

• Develop professional customer proposals for sales and rental opportunities.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, bid presentations, and strategic account reviews.
• Maintain standardized presentation templates, branding, and sales collateral.

Sales Process Support

• Assist with bid submissions, RFP responses, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate internal approvals required for pricing exceptions and special terms.
• Generate reports supporting sales activities and performance reviews.
• Monitor open opportunities and communicate required actions to the sales team.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and quote data within CRM systems.
• Track quote conversion rates and sales support activity.
• Generate sales activity reports and presentation materials for leadership meetings.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reporting efforts.

Marketing & Sales Support

• Organize and maintain sales literature, equipment specifications, and presentation resources.
• Assist in developing customer-facing sales tools and promotional materials.
• Support customer events, trade shows, and product demonstrations as needed.
• Maintain a library of current equipment images, fleet data, and sales collateral.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2 years of experience in sales support, proposal development, customer service, rental operations, or administrative support.
• Experience supporting sales teams in equipment, construction, industrial, transportation, or related industries preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written communication and presentation development skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional and customer-focused communication style.
