What will you be doing in the role?
- Conduct live software demos for prospects and customers (via Zoom, Teams, and in person when needed).
- Serve as a secondary resource for support ticket overflow, helping resolve client issues in partnership with the support team.
- Lead monthly quality assurance check-in calls with current clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Host and co-lead monthly educational training sessions for clients.
- Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including nurturing leads through a long sales process.
- Develop and maintain your own sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and independent lead generation.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships, track opportunities, and report on pipeline activity.
- Attend and represent the company at 3 industry conferences per year (domestic travel required).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and retention.
Who are we looking for?
- 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong presentation skills; comfortable delivering software demos to groups of varying sizes.
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and independently develop new business.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel several times a year for conferences and client visits.
- Bonus: Experience working with kids’ activity centers, camps, or overnight youth programs.
