- Minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced HR environment
- Excellent communication skills through all venues including online, written, telephone, and in-person
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms
- Technical recruiting experience is a plus
