Hiring Case Managers – Treatment Apartments - Brooklyn, NY
ICL is hosting a, in person hiring event for highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Case Managers with two years’ experience providing direct services to individuals with mental disabilities for our Supported Housing Apartments.
In this role the case manager will travel to visits clients’ residences to provide supportive services on a schedule established by the program. Helps the client to modify attitudes and patterns of behavior by increasing understanding of self and others. Counsels clients individually or in small groups regarding plans for meeting service needs, and aids the client to mobilize inner capabilities and environmental resources to attain goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a Human Service field or Associate Degree
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with Mental disabilities
