Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds service quality standards and key performance indicators.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices and company procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and workflows.
- Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proven experience in a client service role, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear and empathetic explanations.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or prior experience leading a team.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and standard office software.
