What You'll Do
- Review homeowner warranty requests and determine appropriate solutions for eligible claims.
- Inspect homes, diagnose issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors performing warranty work.
- Monitor the quality and completion of repairs to ensure they meet ICI Homes standards.
- Review and approve subcontractor pay requests.
- Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners throughout the warranty process.
- Partner closely with construction and production personnel to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure warranty work is completed, documented, and signed off by homeowners.
- Promote and support safe work practices on all jobsites.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to diagnose construction-related issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and related technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work primarily in the field, with some office-based administrative responsibilities.
- Must possess the tools necessary to perform inspections and evaluations.
