What You’ll Do
As a New Home Sales Associate, you will play a key role in guiding buyers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. Responsibilities include:
• Building long‑term relationships with prospective buyers through prospecting, broker outreach, referrals, and community events
• Greeting and registering visitors, identifying their needs, and conducting engaging model home tours
• Influencing buyer decisions by clearly communicating value and matching products to lifestyle needs
• Following up with prospects and showcasing the advantages of our homes and our builder reputation
• Maintaining strong communication with homeowners throughout construction to ensure a smooth experience
• Staying sharp by attending weekly sales meetings, ongoing training, and reviewing professional sales resources
What You Bring

• Strong listening, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding follow‑up, organization, and multitasking talent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology

• Availability to work weekends
• Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
• Valid Florida driver license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
