What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Server position at ICHIBAN SUSHI?
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Handle a full server section with 5 plus tables, can work under pressure
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and enter them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables and restocking service stations.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including appearance and punctuality standards.
