Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow for guests
• Support food service operations by delivering orders accurately and timely to tables or designated areas
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and resolve any issues quickly

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing techniques, and food handling safety standards
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for sanitation, serving, and hospitality
