  • Participate in regular program coordination meetings and help prepare action items, meeting notes, tracker updates, and follow-up communications.
  • Support QA/QC of planning and execution deliverables, tracker entries, work management system updates, and document packages prior to submittal.

  • Experience supporting environmental review workflows, planning deliverables, tracker management, task coordination, or utility work management systems is preferred.

Professional Skills
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, deadline-driven setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience coordinating with internal staff, subcontractors, external clients, technical reviewers, and agency or utility representatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to track multiple assignments, priorities, deadlines, and document requirements concurrently.
  • Commitment to supporting high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables within established budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
  • Experience preparing, supporting, or reviewing environmental planning documents, technical memoranda, environmental requirements documents, desktop review summaries, or other planning deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating technical inputs from SMEs such as biological resources, cultural resources, waters/wetlands, construction stormwater, coastal, air quality, GIS, or related disciplines.
  • Experience maintaining trackers, schedules, worklists, action item logs, and deliverable status reports for multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, follow up proactively, and escalate schedule, data, or quality concerns in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven success working independently while operating collaboratively within a fast-paced, integrated project team.
