'We are seeking an Entry Level Documentation Specialist to join our team in the US. This role is vital in ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping to support our operations and compliance efforts. Responsibilities:
· Create, format, and maintain technical documents, manuals, and records.
· Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
· Ensure that documentation meets industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
· Maintain version control, track document revisions, and ensure proper approval workflows.
· Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information and ensure documentation reflects current processes.
· Assist in developing templates for style guides, specifications, certificate of analysis and other documents to improve consistency and efficiency.
· Organize, store, and manage documents in accessible digital or physical formats while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
· Communicate employees in documentation procedures, best practices, and proper use of document management systems.
Required skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
· 0–2 years of experience in documentation management, technical writing, or a similar role.
· Strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
· Proficiency with document management software and tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems (CMS).
· Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
· Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to documentation and record-keeping.
· Experience in developing document templates, style guides, and other technical documents to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
