- Assemble and disassemble appliances as necessary for repairs or installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during field visits, ensuring clear communication with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Operate a box truck for transporting tools and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing repairs in customers' homes or businesses.
Skills
