Full Cycle Sales Representative
$50K–$70K Uncapped Commission (OTE $150K in Year 2)
Description
A fast-growing IT services company is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new
business opportunities and build a consistent outbound pipeline. This is a hybrid role based in Hackensack,
NJ with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.
What You'll Do
- Cold call and prospect into SMBs (20–500 employees) across target industries
- Book qualified meetings for leadership and support the sales pipeline
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers (owners, ops, finance)
- Consistently hit weekly activity KPIs (calls, outreach, meetings set)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience (required)
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-starter with high activity level and accountability mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., OnePageCRM) and prospecting tools (e.g., Seamless.ai)
