Job Summary:
Tallahassee Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic Lead Wellness Coordinator for a full-time position at our location. This position is responsible for exemplifying Icebox customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience. As the lead for the sales function, the Lead Wellness Coordinator must help execute a lead generation / sales process to increase revenue and member base as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
- Ensure ICEBOX branding and culture through consistency and continuity in all actions.
- Create relationships with clients to further personalize their experience.
- Promote and educate clients on company products and culture.
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Min 2-3 years of previous sales experience required.
- Proven sales and membership based selling leadership
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns.
- Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work and function in a team environment.
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
- 5-8 hour shifts.·
- Studio is open 7 days a week.·
- Flexible to workday, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
