JOB TYPE: Full or part-time hours available. We are open 9-8pm Monday to Thursday and on Sat and Sunday 9-4pm est. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length and can be customized to meet the needs of the employee in coordination with team needs.
COMPENSATION: Hourly pay rate with commission, incentive and bonus opportunities; unlimited cryotherapy and free monthly facials are also provided to all team members and an employee discount is included for all other services and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES: All team members are expected to deliver an overall excellent customer service experience; educate guests on memberships and products; perform cryotherapy services; manage front desk responsibilities like answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking out clients, and ringing up retail sales; create and foster professional relationships with guests to further personalize their experience; maintain cleanliness of studio and support inventory maintenance, including onsite laundering.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service in health, fitness or wellness industry: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
