Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing refrigeration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include project scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, inspection protocols, and addressing any project challenges to ensure timely delivery. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and reinforce our customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Experience with logistics management and effective organization of resources and timelines
- Skills in inspection and ensuring compliance with industry quality and safety standards
- Background in expediting and managing the flow of project materials and resources efficiently
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and liaise with clients
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking to address project challenges and ensure on-time delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in HVAC or refrigeration systems is highly beneficial
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with the ability to travel to project sites as required
