Pay is starting $15/hr plus tips For employees
$17/hr for employees able to drive trailer.
drivers must have towing and trailer backing experience (boat, camper, large trailer, etc..)
Rig is approximately 48 feet long
Job is seasonal will end beginning of October.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of shakes, smoothies, and other menu items with precision and flair.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling featured products to enhance sales.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including food handling areas, equipment, and utensils, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions efficiently, and handle change responsibly.
- Operate shake room equipment safely, including mixer, refrigerators, ice cream machine.
- Assist with food industry best practices such as sanitation, cleaning serving areas when needed, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly.
- Proven ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering roles within the food industry is a plus.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations effectively.
