Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fremont, CA. The Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering safety and compliance training per Health and Safety Institute, American Heart Association and Cal-OSHA standards, developing instructional materials, and tailoring training solutions to meet client needs. The role involves conducting hands-on exercises, coordinating training schedules, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Training Specialist will serve as an integral part of building and empowering effective emergency response teams.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and interpersonal interaction
- Experience in Training, Training & Development, and delivering engaging learning sessions
- Detail-oriented and ability to work effectively in on-site settings
- Certification in relevant safety or instructional fields is a plus (CPR, AED, & First Aid)
- Flexibility to adapt to client-specific requirements and training scenarios
